Principales Attributions:
- Rédiger les annonces et les publier sur les différents jobboards existants.
- Shortlister les CV et mener des entretiens pour la sélection des candidats.
- Préparer le dossier administratif nécessaire à l’intégration des nouvelles recrues.
- Coordonner avec les équipes en interne pour assurer l’intégration des nouvelles recrues.
- Participer au déploiement du plan annuel de formation.
- Déployer les différentes actions Work
- Participer à divers projets RH.
Profil Requis:
- Bac+5 en RH, Management ou équivalent.
- Une année minimum d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.
- Bonnes compétences communicationnelles et rédactionnelles.

- Maîtrise du pack office.

Executive MPM Africa
MPM Executive (Africa Region) is locally responsible to efficiently and effectively support the Medical Provider network in assigned zones and responsible for special regional and global assigned projects.
MPM Executive should perform a wide variety of administrative support tasks for the MPM Department to ensure accurate and effective data maintenance, circulation, safekeeping and flow of vital information, procedures and contracts as defined by corporate MPM strategy.
Tasks:
- Maintains valid Medical Provider data, hierarchy, and links for the region and update web interactive portal services.
- Responsible to learn and adapt to the company’s technical environment and work on all the applicable systems and projects across all Allianz Partners entities.
- Assist In Provider negotiations as assigned
- Manages empanelment request from Medical Providers including
- Maintain, monitors, and updates the activity records related to MPM
- Coordinates with Payers and Medical providers for Bipartite and Tripartite agreements, Gate Keeper Addendums.
- Participates in specialized projects and assignments related to Medical Provider Management, as required.
- Upholds the reputation of company, beneficiaries, payers and all other parties involved
- Negotiate and coordinate for new provider inclusion under the guidance MPM Manager
- Negotiate the New Services addition within the Standard Pricing Model
- Adapt to the entire Allianz Partners Technical Infrastructure within all lines of businesses required to successful delivery of the assigned objectives/tasks.
Profile:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or similar
- 5-year experience minimum in the same position / Medical area
- Good knowledge in Health insurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic languages.
- Strong interpersonal/relationship skills.
- Ability to work with a wide diversity of individuals and within a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect through all correspondences.

The Compliance Officer closely collaborates with other second line of defence functions, in particular Risk Management. Compliance is organized in a regional model (Europe, India, APAC, North America and growing into other regions) to ensure proximity to its customers and to support the business.
Compliance:
- Support the rollout and implementation of the Allianz Technology Group Compliance Management System in your area of responsibility.
- Compliance Risk Identification and Assessment
- Monitoring of Compliance with External Requirements
- Early Warning (Legal Change Monitoring and Legal Change Implementation Oversight)
- Establish and implement an annual Compliance Plan
- Establishment of the Compliance Framework for the Assigned Compliance Risk Areas
- Monitoring and Maintenance of Compliance Principles and Procedures
- Quality Assurance for Assigned Compliance Risk Areas (e.g. the annual Program Maturity Assessment as part of the IRCS (Integrated Risk and Control System))
- Providing Compliance Training and Communication
- Compliance Investigations and Incident Handling
- Compliance Reporting incl. monthly maintenance of Compliance Issue Management Tool (CIMT) as well as of the Compliance Case Management Tool (CCMT)
- Support Compliance Reviews and conduct local spot checks
- Support/lead global Compliance projects/initiatives as the case may be
- Act as local point of contact for customers and staff on all Compliance topics
Profile:
- 3 + years of professional experience
- Experience in the compliance function or another safeguarding function is a plus
- A good understanding of process & control design and re-engineering principles
- Business fluent English, Arabic skills are a plus
- Strong team-work skills and intercultural experience
- Applying analytical thinking and conflict management skills as well as moderation and presentation techniques
- Proven experience in risk analysis and controls frameworks
- Relative project management capabilities
- Awareness of the business impact, the need for and justification of compliance and corporate governance
- Profound communication skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse audience, e.g. on senior level
- Highest ethical standards and integrity
- Compliance certificate (local or international) is a plus
- Microsoft Office tool skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey compliance and corporate governance issues effectively
- Awareness of the business impact, the need for and justification of compliance and corporate governance
- Ability to communicate and explain the context of need for control, regulations etc. and the benefits of taking action
